This distinction matters. Flum Vape is an independent disposable-vape brand with its own brand mark, product roadmap, and marketing identity. We don't own the brand — we distribute it in the United States, with Flum's authorization. The Flum brand mark belongs to Flum; our distributor mark (the GD checkmark + "FLUM Vape · Authorized US Distributor" lockup you see in our header and footer) is our own and indicates our role.
You'll never see us call ourselves the "Official Flum Store" or the "Official Flum Online" — those phrasings imply we represent the brand, which we don't. The correct descriptor everywhere on this site is "Authorized US distributor for Flum Vape." The short form is "Authorized US Flum distributor" or "Flum Vape — direct from Greenwood, IN."
If a website calling itself the "Official Flum Store" or "Authorized Dealer of Authentic Flum" looks confusingly close to the Flum brand identity, that's a red flag. We carry Flum's authorization to distribute, not Flum's identity.
