05 · Delivered

Signed for at your address. If you didn't get it but it shows delivered, see "lost package" below.

After 48 hours past "delivered" with no package, email service@flum-vape.com. We file a carrier claim + reship.

01How long does Flum Vape shipping take?+

Most orders deliver in 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM ET Monday-Friday ship the same day from the Greenwood, IN warehouse. Midwest addresses see 1-2 day delivery; either coast 2-3 days via UPS or USPS.

02My tracking says delivered but I never got it. What do I do?+

Check with neighbors, look around side gates, recessed porches. Packages can be marked delivered when scanned at the truck. If still missing after 48 hours, email service@flum-vape.com with the order number — we file a carrier claim and reship at no charge once the claim is open.

03Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?+

If the order has not shipped, yes — email service@flum-vape.com with the order number and the corrected address within 2 hours of placing the order. Once a UPS or USPS label is generated, the address is locked and we cannot reroute.
