The terms that govern using flum-vape.com.

01 · Eligibility — you must be 21+

flum-vape.com is for adults aged 21 or older. By placing an order, you confirm you are 21+ and the shipping recipient is also 21+. We verify age at delivery via adult-signature carrier protocol. We may also verify age at checkout for states that require it.

If you are under 21, do not buy from us. If you are buying on behalf of someone under 21, do not. Knowingly purchasing for a minor is prohibited and may be a criminal offense in your state.

02 · Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we charge your card and dispatch the package. Until that point, we may decline the order — typically for stock issues, address verification failures, age-verification failures, or suspected fraud. If we decline, no charge.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities (e.g. wholesale-volume orders may need verification). For volume orders we route to our wholesale program.

03 · Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via our merchant processor. We don't store full card numbers — they go directly to the processor. We charge your card at checkout, not at ship.

Pricing is in US dollars and subject to applicable state sales tax + state-specific excise tax. The final price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes.

04 · Shipping + delivery

05 · Returns + replacements

See our return policy. Summary: 7-day DOA replacement on defective devices, no returns on used devices (compliance), authenticity issues prioritized.

06 · Warranty + disclaimer

We warrant that Flum devices we ship are genuine (verified against Flum's security-code system) and free from manufacturing defects on arrival. If a device arrives defective or develops a defect within 7 days, we replace it (see Return Policy).

We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Flum disposables are nicotine products and contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. They are not medical devices, not smoking cessation aids, not safe alternatives — they are adult-only nicotine consumption devices.

07 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer protections in your state — those override anything we wrote here.

08 · Disputes + governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, we'll try to resolve it informally first — email service@flum-vape.com with the issue and we'll work through it. If informal resolution doesn't work, jurisdiction is the state and federal courts in Marion County, Indiana.
