20,000 puffs total — about 40 days at 500 puffs/day, or roughly 80 days at moderate use. The HD animated screen shows live juice + battery in segments so you'll know when to reorder.
02 What's the nicotine strength? +
5% salt nicotine (50 mg/mL) — the standard salt-nic concentration for adult disposables in the US.
03 How long does it take to charge? +
About 45-60 minutes from empty to full via USB-C at 5V / 2A for the 20K/25K devices, 75-90 minutes for the 50K devices. Higher-wattage GaN bricks won't charge faster — the device caps draw internally. The device is usable while charging.
04 Can I tell when the juice is running low? +
Yes. Mello and Float Mello Pro show juice on the HD display in segments. UT Bar Pro 50K shows juice + active-tank indicator. UT Bar Pro 25K shows battery + juice on the Smart LED screen.
05 What if my device stops working? +

06 Can I refill the pod? +
No. Flum devices are closed-system disposables — refilling voids the device's safety design and we cannot warranty refilled units.
07 How does the dual-tank switching work? +
There's a button on the device. Each click toggles which tank fires next. The Mega HD screen shows the active tank. No re-prime, no airflow change — just a different flavor on the next puff.
08 Do both tanks drain at the same rate? +
They drain at whichever rate you puff each tank. If you favor Tank A for a whole session, Tank A drains faster. The HD screen shows each tank's remaining juice independently.
09 Can I order just one flavor instead of a pair? +
No — the UT Bar Pro 50K is designed for paired flavors and ships pre-filled. If you want a single-flavor experience, the UT Bar Pro 25K is the single-flavor sibling at $23.99.
